Yes. The Dugout communication platform is included with SwingInsight subscriptions, keeping coaches, athletes, and parents connected around the athlete’s feedback. The Dugout can also be purchased independently.
Do I need sensors to get started?
No. Start with your coaching observations and lesson notes. You can also create sensor-driven reports from one supported source or a combination of supported sources, and add coaching observations to connect the measurements with what you see.
Is this for baseball or softball?
Both. SwingInsight brings coaching notes, swing video, reports, and training plans together for baseball and softball athletes.
Does AI replace the coach?
No. It helps organize and draft feedback. The coach reviews the content, chooses the priorities, and decides what to share.
I’m a player or parent. Where do I start?
Explore the sample athlete Space on the homepage, or open the sample report. If you already work with a coach, ask them how to access your athlete’s Space. The subscription plans on this site are for coaching programs.
Can I use this across a facility?
The Facility plan supports multiple locations, unlimited teams, and higher player volume. Contact the team to confirm capacity and onboarding for your organization; the pricing page also lets you estimate monthly data-report costs.
Are reports included in the subscription?
Notes-only reports are free. Sensor-data reports are billed separately at $49 each by default, with no data reports bundled into a subscription. See pricing for the full breakdown.
